Want to know which spots are going off during this time of year (Jan - Mar). Asia, Europe, North America (Canada, US, Mexico), the Caribbean, and Latin America are all on the table. Any festivals, parties, concerts, universities, tourist travelers, etc this time of year?
January - March Travel Destinations
In Europe - off the top of my head:
There's Las Fallas Festival in Valencia during mid-March which was amazing when I went earlier this year. It goes for a few days and was an absolutely surreal experience- fireworks, street parties, crazy statues and sangria.
If you hang around April 1st til 6th - Snowbombing is a 6 day music festival on Austrian Alps. One of my highlights in my travels for sure.

If you're not growing, you're dying.
I've been dying to check out carnival in Trinidad and Tobago in Feb. The report on here from last year I think sounded epic and I've heard great things from others too.
Cool. I'm also interested in events and conferences, even if I can't get into them (i.e. World Economic Forum in Davos) if the atmosphere is conducive to socializing and partying...
