Trailer Park

I'm moving into the boonies outside KC next month. I am looking for a place Craigslisting it up right now. I am a little interested in getting a mobile home. Shit is cheap. I could get a 25K unit. Pay it off in a year and live rent free for 2 before I leave to my next station.
I have never lived in a trailer park before. I smashed a few single moms in them tho. I think it could be better than getting an apartment.
Anybody have experienced in trailer parks? How easy are they to sell? Pros and cons compared to apartment complex living. Appreciate the help.

el mech,
I have been contemplating making a trip down to Tampa to basically hang out and learn some crazy ways. There are some cheap flights to Tampa in January. Doable? (Sorry to hijack Texas).

I would have to pay the lot. I remember your Trailer park game thread haha. That's what got me interested but I am more interested in the benefits of living there. Own over rent. The possibility of resell after three years. I heard mobilehomes go to shit after either 5 or 20 years. Either way appreciate the help.

Texas,
I think I would rent, esp. if you're planning to get out of Dodge in a few years. Just leave that trailer behind when you're done and move on to greener pastures. I can't imagine re-sale on a mobile is going to be amazing, i.e. it won't appreciate.
