25 to 30 Yr Old Women in Brazil

5 to 30 Yr Old Women in Brazil
Freedom,

"One guy I befriended here is smart, friendly, and a lawyer doesn't even have a carioca g/f. He has one in BH instead and told me he was tired of being alone."

That´s interesting. From what I experience, this situation is not uncommon, as among my male friends, the best of them (as in character, looks, finances and generally having a well planned and organized lifestyle with a view to a future) are single.
In the other hand, my scumbag friends are swimming in pussy and getting several proposals of long term relationships (some of them from women of some quality).
It´s as if women have changed their requirements for men using a sort of bizarre logic.

East and West,

"having an apartment, a car, a steady job, is no longer the attractive thing to girls. It is a neccesity if you want a LONG TERM girl who is pretentious. You have to have something to wow them, ummm let me think.... maybe say you are in some kind of space shuttle mission... hehe"

Well said. Standards have risen, in my opinion, unreasonably. This is Brazil, not a 1st world country, which means most people are struggling economically.
By weeding out guys who are not wealthy, Brazilian women are setting themselves up for a future of loneliness and bitterness: riding the cock carousel in their youth and living as personae non grata after 35-40 years of age.

What I have noticed is that, in urban environments, it is not even necessary to be a quality guy. What´s crucial is to project an image of fame and success, no matter how pretentious or unrealistic it might be. It´s like facebook in real life, where you have to be a mini celebrity in order to be at least considered as an option.

Choche,

Your account makes sense,as in the NE there is still a lot of machismo, meaning guys won´t enter into lasting relationships with women unless they´re young.
Women of 25-30 years of age are regarded- correctly, in my opinion- as banged out sluts.

So you agree on labeling traditional values and conventional wisdom with a tag that has the single purpose of damaging the image of men who are not tolerant of bad behaving woman... shame

YES. Had two separate dates with a 25 and 30 yr old in Midway Shopping in Natal. I charmed them a bit, but since it is 40 minutes from my apartment by the best beach....I knew nothing would happen today. Here with 25 to 30 yr olds you have to wait for the 2nd date. But I got them to admit, that they played the cock carousel when they were younger. Brazilian and American women arent so different anymore.
