I kind of get it. The only thing worse than a douchebag is a douchebag with no game. The hate is a way to keep most guys acting like mild-mannered betas, too afraid to do anything that might get them labeled a douche.

Douche is one of those words, like creepy, that's become completely overused by women and manginas. That said, I have no love for dudes who wear mad Affliction and Ed Hardy and make the duck face in photos.

I went on the site once on a whim, and actually saw a photo chick that looked familiar. In the photo, the name of the girl's college was visible, and it was the same as my friend's... so it was her, a good friend of mine at the time. She wasn't even pictured with a douchebag, she was just sitting in her room studying. Naturally, there was this weird creepy ode to her, as they have on every post. I jokingly notified her and she was livid, and thoroughly creeped out by it. Then some weird dude friend of hers posted on her FB in the same style as the site, suggesting she should be pleased by it, lol. She wasn't.

I'm not a big fan of douchebags, but the site is incredibly pathetic.

PS: hipsters are way easier to outgame than douchebags, in their respective settings, in my experience. What you have that douchebags don't is wordliness and intelligence, but the girls going for douchebags aren't really into that anyway, so it won't help. In fact, many of the girls who get with douchebags will think you're queer for being tasteful or articulate. With hipsters, your edge is in your masculine swagger, and even hipster chicks dig that, when expressed properly.
