Mexico City Data Sheet

Westcoast - Man, I love when cats do their trips RIGHT! You basically followed my data sheet to the letter. Perfect game plan. That's precisely why I write data sheets, so that other guys don't waste their time on the ground. Though we haven't met in person, just from reading your posts I know Polanco is your type of neighborhood.

I couldn't sit and read your last update through and through but did you bang the chick you walked out with from Ragga? Either way, the setup of that club is almost perfect for club game. Lots of space to move around and approach.

I laughed about your wing. Let me guess, he's not on the forum and doesn't read any pick up? Just uses his looks and the success that generates to guide him through life. I have so many friends like that. It's all good but sometimes it can be frustrating when they don't have the analytical ability to realize that a place is bad for pickup, even if there's chicks, simply because of the layout of the venue for instance.

My boy who rolled with me to DF was heated he forgot to pack his three piece suit, which he had def planned on bringing. He speaks fluent Spanish but our trip was just a wknd and he didn't pull. I didn't even pull a Mexican, just a British chick, but with an extra day I think I could have smashed the Mexican I pulled from Pata Negra. That's the venue where I met Germanico actually. I think he knows the chick I'm talking about.

Either way, there's a lot to like about DF. I think your idea about copping a spot for the long-term is the way to go. With your red pill financial game locked down, you'll fit right in with the social circles in Polanco and the long-term setup will allow you to build up a good circle and reel chicks in consistently.

Haha yeah I followed the vast majority of the stuff you and bars posted and azul etc.. I just cross checked them and guessed based on my personality.

I dunno why the street food gets so much hate thought it was bomb.

Yes that is basically my buddy. He literally gets away with anything. I have never learned a lick of game from him because he can literally do anything he wants (chicks come up to him and make out with him from time to time 7+'s). Classic good looking guy game, opening with nonsense and escalating fast with high energy. Never in my life do I learn any game from good looking guys it's crazy the shit they get away with, he has some stories that are legit that even make me confused tbh.

I used to get frustrated by it but we're too close at this point and he knows push comes to shove to listen to me on the logistics/game shit.

Also I felt that Pata negra was more Brooklyn than LES. Minor changes.

It's just part of Latin American elitism, street food is the "poor". Just the same way tequila and beer are for poor people. God forbid you drink Agave. People would rather drink a Red Label than Patron or Don Julio because RL is Irish and not Mexican.

It's weird when we want to eat Mexican food and a broad busts out with shit like "I want sushi".

BITCH, I DID NOT TRAVEL TO MEXICO TO EAT SUSHI!!!

Awesome post WestCoast.

I'm headed to Mexico in May or June. My plan was to visit Estado de Mexico and Veracruz but now I think some time in Polanco would be fun. I asked my amiga about Polanco and she echoed what is written above, a nice upscale place. She told me I should get a place in Polanco and then invite her and her friends over for a house party.

When are you heading back to DF WestCoast?

One more thing to add: Good clothes are extremely important if you want to land upper class, fresas, and hot Mexicanas in Mexico. Case in point: I wore shit clothes a few days and then I wore something nice. My amiga (different one from above) and her friend said I looked so much better and said they didn't recognize me in the nicer clothes and I was much hotter. Nothing else changed. So good clothes are very important.

Good clothes + conversational Spanish + bankroll + swagger = Mexicana slayer

@CattleRustler. That makes a lot of sense. They must have thought it was strange talking to two guys in suits ordering carnitas tacos haha. Again actually thought the food at the stands were better than the food in the main mall (Antara) but of course the high end restaurants were better. I would definitely eat the street food again, but avoid the shady ones and stick with the stands where older women are working in pairs.

@username have not decided yet maybe in a few months. Got other stuff to work on and the schedule is getting insanely busy. Maybe in april.

Clothes are engrained in Latin culture, there is elitism in basically every Latin place, a bit less so in brazil since people are simply shredded to bits. Colombia is the same as Mexico, lots of classism. So the clothes "check the box" of this dude is well put together.

I did learn that guys in Mexico sure as hell cannot dress, I have never seen such poor color combination in my life, I think me and my buddy were the only ones in suits... then again that applies in most of the USA as well. If chicks are not complementing you out of nowhere, then the outfit still needs work!

Awesome thread. Ive never spent much time in Mexico city and I never really gone out with a suit before in Mexico. Might just try it out in the north to see how girls react.

Also @ Germanico didn't know you were in Df thought u were in GDL would have at least dropped you a line/PM. Live and learn

In Sonora I recommend Hermosillo. Fly girls everywhere and much better than Mexico City in my opinion in terms of quality.

Im not really a suit guy but Im tempted to try it out in Mexico especially in Sinaloa and Zacatecas where I usually go to. Theres no thread on Coahuila and I want to see what Saltillo has to offer. Im curious about the reactions I might get wearing a nice suit in conservative northern Mexico. Any suggestions on what kind of suits to rock in Mex? Im Hispanic (Mexican from the US) so I probably need colors to complement my tan skin color. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

It's funny you mentioned Hermosillo, because I just met some guy who lives there who I want to refer to the forum. I think this guy easily has the potential to be one of the top people on here. He's similar to me in a way, but has an extensive knowledge of Europe and I hear an echo of Greek Kamaki in him.

Ill be here al week, then Monterrey, then back here in February, I was invited to participate in an esoteric Expo at the WTC. Ill pull some of Kwisat´s Tarot Game.

Its true about Mex guys being badly dressed, specially so in Mexico City. Its very rare to find a man with style, and then its usually a gay dude. Even Mirreyes dress in the same ill fitted white linen shirt and designer jeans, its hilarious to watch them roll down at the club in packs, all wearing the same unbuttoned shirt and jeans.

Suiting down, even if its just a blazer, makes you stand out.

About street food, the rule is that if theres a line of people wating to get served, its good. A lone taco stand means food is shit. There are some incredible street places where one can get amazing food for pennies. The high end places are also amazing, but everything in between is mediocre at best. If uncertain about where to eat, just go to a Sanborns or Vips and eat like a working class chilango.

MidWest, I cant say much about Coahuila other than ive dated a few girls from there. Saltillo is an interesting city, although smallish and a bit simple. My friend there was from a lebanese family from Saltillo and every single one of her cousins was smoking hot. Theres interesting talent there, but you might need to play the long game and game their social circles. Monterrey is friendlier for one night stands and its just a short drive from there.

As for suits I wear grey and charcoal, and I think it looks good on me. Im brown as beans.

@dvy haha I don't recall I shot you a text you can tell me.

@midwest tough to give advice without seeing you. I'm a stickler for clothes now since minor details can take you from a 7/10 to 9/10. Try a few and if girls don't stop and stare it's just not good enough.

Some funny stories already from mex city me and my buddy definitely cock blocked each other a few times making cultural mistakes but it was all in good fun & learning.

Also the broke dude test is strong there. Saw some seriously ugly dudes with sexy mexicanas.

and one of the many reasons why I don't like trying with Mexican national girls..... Middle Class and Upper Class Mexican girls can be quite self-hating towards having real Mexican stuff. they always think "lo extranjero es lo mejor." I'll rather be with European girls; they always get fascinated with me being Mexican. [Image: biggrin.gif] But anyway, non-Mexican guys with style can hit it hard in Mexico. [Image: smile.gif]

good thread btw OP.

¿Que onda? ¡Neta!

In another note, I thought Vips or Sanborns was were middle class Mexicans went. Lower class went to "el puesto de manuelito a cinco cuadras". I'm really curious as to how class structures/preferences are now....it's been a while since I've been in Mexico.

I'm about to head to Mexico City and have one question about dressing well: do you feel like this makes you more of a target to get robbed etc? Considering that I'll be backpacking afterwards I'm kind of torn between dressing better to bang chicks or toning down my wealth to avoid trouble. Thoughts?

Thanks guys.

Thanks. I'm not the type to go looking for fights or prostitutes - perhaps some drugs at the worst - but obviously I'll use my common sense and just figure it out. Honestly, it's probably more dangerous to go out in Detroit than it is in Mexico City anyways.

And yeah, I just picked up a really suave Brooks Brothers suit and I'm very tempted to pack it now! Sadly, after a brief 4 days in Mexico City I'm off to Puebla for a Spanish course. Kind of already regret not booking it in a more lively place...

Is anyone else still around Mexico?

You're in Puebla? Man, make it the best you can out there. There's a Puebla Datasheet on the forum. Everything is still the same, stick to Angelopolis, Cholula, and "el traingulo de las animas". I'll be there in a month or so.

Yeah I get to Puebla in early Feb. Just checked the datasheet - thanks for the tip! I'll get in touch once I land there and check out the scene.

Right, my mistake. Ive been on this freelancing/location independant thing so long Im taking averyone with a job as "working class".

What you say is true, lower classes and manual workers eat out at street stands. although everyone, even rich dudes, eats street food everyonce in a while. White collar office workers and bureucrats usually eat at cheap restaurant chains like Sanborns.

I booked a flight to Mexico City for mid-april, I’ll be there for ten days.

I arrive on Saturday night and will head out right after showering at my hotel to meet women.

Sunday will be daygame at museums.

During the week, I am going to hire a private guide to go hiking up Iztaccíhuatl mountain for two days, am renting a car (or motorcycle) to get out to the coast and explore the smaller towns.

Then back Friday and Saturday night for some more game action.

My game was honed in Williamsburg, Brooklyn and can kill it here. Girls who love creative types are my bread and butter and I come across as the fun-loving rogue who girls can talk sex with within minutes. I look like Roosh, dress well, but not suited up and I really don’t like loud dance clubs. Bars with an outside area and lots of different nooks and crannies are my preferred habitat.

After doing some research, it looks like the places to go out in are the Polanco and the Coyoacan districts. But I really don't know.

Any suggestions on where a player should book a room in Mexico City?
