for anyone wanting to crush it on facebook i recommend to grow social circles in real life before going online.

get involved in different social circles. befriend enough hot girls. build it offline. let it slowly snowball. but stay offline at first when it's still growing. with time you will create some sort of "hype" (people will ask a lot about your profile and will encourage you to create it which you can answer with "ok i'll think about it"). when you see your overall social circles/connections/acquaintances are developed and fun enough then create facebook profile tell everybody and start messing around. people will harass your profile. it will be the enter of the dragon. when new girls you meet look you up they will experience social proof through the roof. i've done it once in one summer. it's crazy. currently i'm doing it again, i'm at "building it offline" stage.

I have a feeling most guys here with facebook pages, have never had that happen. I've seen guys with a constant barrage of comments from girls, pictured with girls, partying with girls...this is always good. It can even be a problem for some guys. I don't think it'd a good way to make "Alpha" posts on facebook, giving a "fuck" about some random post and trying to be the hero of the day ... it's basically trying too hard to be something. Nowadays even the nerdiest people come off as an keyboard warrior on the internet, trying to compensate what they lack off in real life.
Afterwards at some time you'll catch yourself deleting a post/comment you made on facebook, this can be very humiliating for ones self confidence.

Of course, this is only my view on this topic.
I also have FB but I keep it very quiet and have no information at all besides my name and some profile pictures.

i'd look at my profile to see if it's boring/cool and make a decision:

1. if it's kind of boring/not active then i'd keep communicating with those girls from college and online as before. but i'd not add any new girls. if i was asked about it i'd just prolong that for some time and network first and start adding already developed social circles/acquantainces.

2. if my profile looks good and there is nice fun regular activity there then i'd add new people as i meet them (only if we get along with each other well).

the way i understand social media world is that it's more like a LTR than SNL. it's long term investment. once you're in you're IN. it's another tool to keep real life relationships/friendships going. let's be real here, it's different now, not everybody will answer your phone call and talk for 15 minutes. and texting is kind of random and silly, messages are left unanswered. paradoxically the more we're more connected via internet the more we're distant towards each other. all of it makes it harder to connect and ask your friends what's up/how's going/etc and actually share some information. fb makes it convenient. you have photos/instant messaging/wall posts/comments/links at your disposal and you can contact with each other when you both have some free time online. a lot of times i caught myself chatting with my cousin/friend/girl friend knowing very well that i wouldn't do it using phone/mail so i was able to quickly refresh those relationships and have a laugh. it's also helpful to keep in touch with people in other cities/countries (i can visit some people and stay for free just by keeping up with them via fb).

in terms of pickup game the whole point of it is to social proof yourself by having cool profile that conveys you're social fun edgy confident popular guy. just like fucking photo routines back in the day. IMO to get the most out of it it's better to hide boring/low activity fb profile than show it the way it is. it's like a bar situation, nobody wants to get in some boring/empty/sparse bar with nothing going on inside.

doing it more transparently i woudn't add on my open profile any typical/traditional fuckbuddy girl who i just hate fuck once in a week and treat like shit cause she can and will create some unnecessary drama. however when i happen to fool around and get it on with some girl friend of mine (on my fb friends list) at a party one night then it's ok, it's not like those girl friends don't know you can pull the trigger, you flirt, you treat them like girls, they know you can, so it's clear it was just sexy times that got out of control and all is well (as long you stay cool like nothing happened afterwards).

conversely, if you're lone wolf type who doesn't give a flying fuck about all that silly bullshit fb can be pretty good website to carry on with fuckbuddies. you create fake profile, post/update/comment nothing, set up highest level of privacy, restrict your "friends" activity to the max, send messages to meet up and tell them you created profile just out of curiosity and you don't feel it at all. pure hook up center to add new girls to your rotation. no texts/calls, no cheating exposed, no girls finding out about other girls, no drama.

I'll key in here on my thoughts on fb. For a player in college, it can be a goldmine. I used it primarily as a DHV. Take note this was before the "comment" and "like" features were instituted, so people could only post on each others wall and tag in pics. I had girls on top of girls on top of girls posting on my wall, some even posting "Whose that girl below me? You're new gf?!" etc.

Also, the harder you party, the more pics you'll be tagged in. Get tagged in 100+ pics of you raging hard, with girls around you, and immediately girls that lurk on fb who are in the outer circle of girls you party with will become interested. Its also great to fuck around with while in class. You can fb chat girls in rows below you etc. When I was in college they didn't have the "chat" feature until my last year.
