It's only worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it.
Now ask yourself, how would someone justify spending 2.5M on that website?

It has Youtube's value at 763 quadrillion dollars. It has a domain that I recently bought and have not so much as modified the Wordpress theme for as $255.
