Slump

I'm in a real dry spell right now.
My congruency is all off, I'm overcompensating to try to get in a good mood but my mood is all fucked up, I think it's because of nicotine.
I don't feel like going out to clubs and I've been getting rejected a lot lately.
Any tips to get back in the groove. I know it will come back eventually but I really want to attack this and get over it.
Just went to a bar close to my house and talked a couple waitresses I knew and made some small talk with people but felt involuntarily antsy and uncomfortable, i think it's in my mind maybe I should meditate and read more?

Any suggestions dudes?

How big of slump are we talking? If we are talking 1 year or some large amount of time like that. Something more drastic than meditating needs to be done. I.e. complete over haul of your game, wardrobe or whatever it is that is holding you back. If it's just a month or so, just relax or go to another country where you know you'll score easily think Dominicans, Phillipines...score like crazy for a week or 2 and get your confidence back.

Maybe the nicotine is making you anxious. I always thought that cigarettes helped with that but since I quit two months ago all I've been doing is winning.

Try quitting cigarettes and see how you feel in two weeks.

I smoked for about 9 months
