Didn't find this topic being covered yet.
What are some good opening lines when you see a girl on the street?
Other than ask for directions I can't think of anything.

There isn't one.
You have to use situational stuff to get a conversation going. Use environmental variables.
Roosh talks about bantering and approaching like an old man.
Usually at the 10 sec mark you tell her stuff that she doesn't care about but can relate-to to build rapport.

These are all gold.
Also try this one:
Hey baby you got a man?
Works best if yelled from a car window

Can't go wrong with "Hey you have a boyfriend?" A chick recently told me a dude approached her earlier in the day with that. lol

My current favourite:
You *Places hand on shoulder*: Hey *Holding eye contact*
Her: Ummm hi
You *slowly*: I'm really digging your style girl. Your.... *rambles on her style*
Works best in hipster heavy locales. Don't use if her fashion isn't actually worth commenting on...
The content of your opener really doesn't matter for shit, it's all about how you say it and how easy you make it for her to invest in the interaction. I suspect the later is the reasoning behind Roosh's Elderly Opener.

When I spot a polish girl I ask:Mowisz po polsku?Ty z Polska?When I spot a Russian girl I ask:Gavaris po russky? When I spot a Czech girl I ask:Mluvis cesky?With german girl:Sprichst du deutsch?
With Greek girls I use mostly situational openers.
Then you may add:Mowisz po polsku?Jestes z Polska?(Do you speak polish?)-Tak.-Super.Polska jest bardzo ladna.(Poland is very nice).
Gavaris po russky(do you speak Russian?)-Da.-Ty iz Rossiye?(are you from Russia?)-Da.-Iz Moskvi?(From Moscow?)-Da.-Timati a Dj Dlee?Or you say Rossiya super.(Russia is super)
Mluvis cesky?(do you speak Czech?)-Ano.(Yes).-Dobre.Mas rada Recko?(Good.Do you like Greece?).Or you can say:Jsi Ceska?(are you Czech?)-Ano.(yes)-Hezky Cesky(beautiful Czechs).
Sprichst du Deutsch?(do you speak German?)-Ja.(yes).-Kommst du aus Deutschland?(are you from Germany?)-Ja aus Deustchland(Yes from Germany)-Deutshland ueber alles(Germany above everything).
Hungarian:Are you from Hungary?-From Budapest?-Yes.-Do you like goulash?(national food of Hungary but also claimed by Czechs)
Slovak:Are you from Slovakia?-Yes.-Bratislava?-Yes.-Do you like haluski?(national food of Slovakia)
Georgia:Are you from Georgia?-Yes-From Tbilisi?-Yes-Do you like katachapuri?(national food of Georgia)
Ukraine:Are you from Ukraine?-Yes.-Kiev?-Yes.-Do you like club D'Lux?(famous club in Kiev) or do you like borsh?(national Ukrainian food).-Yes.-Do you like Ukrainian borsh?(there is also zeleninovy borsh but you ask if they like Ukrainian)
Serbia:Are you from Serbia?-Yes.-Beograd?-Yes.-Super.Srbove nase bratri(Super.Serbs are our brothers).(Sometimes I may make the victory sign you have to show solidarity). If the girl is not too nationalistic I may say ''Serbs are really tough.I like cepavcici(national food of Serbia).Or do you like more Greece or Serbia?
Bulgaria:Are you from Bulgaria?-Yes.Feta?(cheese we and Bulgarians claim for our own).I have been in Sunny Beach.Do you like Greece?
Spain:Are you from Spain?-Yes.-Madrid?-Yes.-Tell me what happens to the taurus after he gets killed?
Italy:Are you from Italy?-Yes-What do you think about Antonella(famous TV showwoman in Italy on the porn side).Or who do you think should win the San Remo festival?(all Italians suppose you know everything about Italian music they regard it as the most famous in Europe).

I walked up to a girl the other day that was waiting for a bus and asked "let me guess, you are waiting for the bus". Turns out she was lost and not from the US but Ukraine. She ended up coming over that night and I got sucked off.. Maybe next time.
