Reading through that post, going off appearance (if her face holds up), yeah, I would definitely fuck that girl, even though she is borderline and should lose 10 lbs.

But at the same time I wouldn't fuck that girl, and can with probably about 90% certitude tell you why that guy didn't fuck her (guys don't just turn down easy sex with semi-decent girls for no reason, or because she's 'drunk', or because 'they want to keep the friendship'):
