Im playing basketball 3 times a week for like 2 hours and additionally, I work out 2-3 times a week.
Lately, Im often getting calve cramps during the last 15 minutes of the bball sessions. I usually get em mid-air and it really fucks with my game.
Do you guys know any remedy, homemade stuff, beverage to prevent em?
I know that supposedly the root of em is a magensium deficiency and that a proper diet alledgedly helps solving the problem. Thing is Im already eating clean, healthy and diverse.
