Cramps -

Im playing basketball 3 times a week for like 2 hours and additionally, I work out 2-3 times a week.
Lately, Im often getting calve cramps during the last 15 minutes of the bball sessions. I usually get em mid-air and it really fucks with my game.
Do you guys know any remedy, homemade stuff, beverage to prevent em?
I know that supposedly the root of em is a magensium deficiency and that a proper diet alledgedly helps solving the problem. Thing is Im already eating clean, healthy and diverse.
So fellas, any recomendations?

Mineral water ( "real mineral water, not "Bonaqua" etc.)

I've had problems with really bad leg cramps for years and recently found that when I'm take magnesium citrate and potassium citrate 1-2x/day I never get any cramps. but as soon as I quit taking it the cramps come back, so give that a try.

Yeah, heard about this too. Next time imma going all out, with bananas, magnesium supplements and mineral water. Lets see what happens. Thanks fellas.
