On a side note, I gotta say that since I started this thread, my mandarin proficiency has doubled or maybe even tripled, its just amazing.
Like someone said earlier in this thread, and countless of other language threads, there's no better way to learn a language.

Banging a girl that doesn't speak any English, or speaks a foreign language fluently, is pretty much my dream. I was gonna try get a German girl's number the other night, with the pretense of language study... But she seemed to be together with the guy that was there. I probably would have gone for it anyway, but he introduced himself and was actually pretty cool.
