I'd say Argentina and Uruguay have the best girls.
Upper middle class girls in Paraguay are every bit as hot if not hotter.
Chilean girls just really lack good asses, but can be very sweet.

Were I to move, I'll research a city in Argentina that has everything I look for (which varies according to tastes) and move there.

Uruguay should be more expensive than the rest, it is called the Switzerland of South America, their social benefits and education is quite First World. The thing with Uruguay -where i used to spend Xmas holidays- is that it seems an old people's country, it is not so, but it seems so.
You need to live and know where the action is. Punta del Este is a superficial and expensive town, so I would still prefer Montevideo.

The problem with Paraguay is the weather, it is really hot mostof the year and in winter it really goes thru your bones, the country is boring, there is not much to do.

Apart from those countries, I would move to Porto Alegre, Curitiba or Recife in Brasil for different reasons.
Since i like hot blondes (which argentinians are close to perfection), in Brasil it would need to be the Southern part and Porto Alegre ticks that box.

Do Argentine women have nice asses? Even though I was there for a week and a half, I just can't recall anymore. I remember seeing some girls in the club with ass, so I know some of them have it, but I don't know if it's a lot of them. That Keyra Augustina chic is Argentine and she has a perfect ass, but don't know how common that is. My guess with the Columbian and Brazilian is because they have some black mixed in their genes and that's where the ass comes from. That's my only theory.

The more money you have, the more options you obviously have. Other than chasing tail, what interests do you have? I would recommend Indonesia full stop. Probably the most under-rated country in the world for girls. Kind of a hidden jewel if you like. Just seems to be off the radar of most guys.

Yes and no, old ugly expats who go to expat bars where most of the women are prostitutes or semi prostitutes will do just fine....you could be sitting at the bar clinically dead and those girls would be milling around you...

The expat bars I would skip entirely though, go to local bars, where the only foreigners if any will be english teachers, you will have to work at it in these places, mostly univ students and some are snooty bitches, but yes still a lot easier than most other places in the world.
