This study only looked at free D-Aspartic Acid. Most people take a salt form of DAA. For anyone considering DAA, it's worth looking through the bodybuilding forums where people post their actual bloodwork and see if the people for whom DAA worked were using the free or salt form.

Anyone tried Tongkat Ali?
This product is pricey, but looks to be very potent!

Yes have tried, can confirm my experience is its heavy ordnance for T levels.
Works as an Estrogen suppressor
Haven't done bloods though, might look into in.

In my opinion most booster supplements are worthless.
If you want to greatly increase your test, go back to a primal sort of life style. Im not talking about just diet.
Lift heavy, sprint, fuck girls, COMPETE IN THINGS AND WIN, sleep sleep sleep, ice cold showers, red meat, fish, eggs, vegetables.
Take a fat scoop of coconut oil daily.
Don't waste a shit load of time on the computer. Go for walks, think positively. Drink lots of water.
Dont jerk it too much.
I know some if this stuff isn't exactly scientific, but just because something isn't scientifically validated doesn't mean its not true or doesn't work. This is key.
Our body and minds are greatly interconnected. Most people think of the body and brain as completely separate. What a shame.
I heard something once that went "Our body IS our brain." keep this in mind.
For select nutrients, eat zinc, magnesium, vitamin k2, selenium, vitamin D, cholesterol, saturated fat. Avoid heating plastics.
Also, a big part of testosterone is your environment.
When people go to prison, their testosterone increases many times, despite shitty diet, etc.
Join a martial art and train for an amateur fight as a side goal.
Thats why its important to compete, win, challenge yourself, don't get too comfortable.
People rag on ice showers saying "Science shows it doesn't do anything for test!" or something along those lines.
But they are hard to do, they make you uncomfortable, they set off a cascade of different bodily responses, they create DISCIPLINE to keep doing it.
When I take a freezing shower, I feel like hopping out and kicking the door down, and I feel amazingly refreshed.
Listen to your body, I don't need science to tell me how I feel.
Hang out with other people that are actual men, and do manly things.

I think some test boosters work if you do your research and try one out. You will know in a few weeks if you are seeing any gains in strength and muscle gains. I have tried two different products in the last 2 months, one was BRI Testrone and the one I'm taking now is called Test Worx in addition to starting DAA twice a day. My strength has increased along with muscle gains and definition.
But, you have to put in the work as Dhorv9 says and lift heavy because just popping a pill without pushing yourself in the gym will not get you the results you want , which is the same for people who choose TRT, they still have to eat right and lift to get positive results.

Ensuring that your diet is clean and your getting enough vitamins and nutrients through real food will be the best natural test booster. Things like zma help people feel the effects if the people are low on zinc, so some people will benefit more than others. I'm not sure on multi vitamins and how effective they are for me without having blood tests to see but again this would be effected by a persons diet.
If you give your body all the nutrients it needs to produce testosterone you will give yourself the best chance of increasing your levels, if your lacking in certain nutrients then this can harm the levels.
There is of course other factors than diet such as exercise and sleep.

Squats, cold showers, Sprints, eating clean and sleeping enough is all you Need man.
Taking artificial Supplements will maybe boost your T, but to which Price? Most of those Supplements aren't backed up to longtime studies. Why would you get desperate enough to swallow some dubious pills, only to raise your T. It's a Billion Dollar industry, because everyone wants to go the easy way and take shortcuts.
"this new scientifically proved pill will get you 2.3% more lays on average." Even though it's not much, im sure some People will buy it and it's hard to Monitor, whether it really helps your cause or not.
Supplements are like Religion: When you really believe in it, it might do you well.
When thinking of professional Bodybuilding it''s another Thing. Then you will Need Supplements, because our natural capacities of Building muscle are limited to an usefull extend.
Cheers.

I've been lifting for over 15 years and amassed more credentials than anyone (not that it necessarily matters if you aren't open and haven't tried a lot). I can tell you simply that it should break down this way
Work out 3-4 days (easier to do 4-5 if you are younger, still I barely advise it) --- make the big strong lifts the centerpiece of your workout --- squats, bench, deads, military
Eat clean doing your best to eliminate carbs and sugars, limit alcohol intake inasmuch you can
Sprints to top it off
You can't go wrong

The best supplements I have tried and have worked well for me are:
ZMA (before sleep)
DIM (metabolizes estrogen, good if you drink a lot of beer)
Tongkat Ali (possibly the best supplement for T boosting properties)
Forskolin (Another potent testosterone booster, also apparently increases sperm count)
I drink a lot of alcohol and I definitely see it affecting my testosterone in general. Also as mentioned before, quality sleep is essentially for testosterone production

I think Tongkat Ali works at least to give you more energy pre-workout and I'm pretty sure it aided boners when I first started taking it ... but I haven't checked T since and that's anecdotal anyway, so it might be placebo.
I've heard ZMA is solid but haven't tried.
As highcardace says, quality sleep is huge and I'm still saying good form, big lifts are crucial. Note that quality sleep is mostly affected by staying up too late and/or drinking alcohol ... which also effects HGH production.

Has anyone tried RED-PCT? I got Victor Pride's newsletter email this morning and he was promoting it. I looked into it and Victor Pride teamed up with Chris from Good Looking Loser to make their own supplement company called Red Supplements.
I trust their judgement over most supplement companies and have read both blogs on and off for a while. I don't think they would create or promote anything that doesn't actually work.
I want to give it a try but I don't really want to drop 50 bucks without hearing any first hand reviews from guys who have actually used it.

^^ Those all in one test boosters aren't scientifically proven to work. It doesn't mean they can't work for you, there's just no concrete evidence.
There's no harm in trying out a test booster, but $50 is a waste of money. There are plenty of brands on amazon that are half the price of Red Supplements. I don't trust the guys from Red Supplements anymore than the other supplement companies.

I've done 3 grams a day DAA a few times, on it now, does seem to help recovery.
I also do a ridiculous amount of lifting and physical labor so my testosterone feels high right now, generally relaxed confident and seeking world domination.
