Yes,northern Albanians(Gekides) are worse than southern Albanians(Toskes) and Kosovars are even worse.(they are considered criminals by the rest).Northern Albania is not considered safe at all.In many villages canon the old system of rules.is valid and there are still vendettas going on for centuries with dozens of victims every year.Every Albanian has at least one Kalashnikov(they stripped the silos of Albanian army one decade ago and sold kalashnikovs for 200 euro even here in Greece).
I would skip Albania entirely and get to Montenegro which is bordering to northern Albania.

I don't mean to threadjack, but I'm looking for something similar, but I had trouble finding the right thread. I'm also going to have 3 weeks to a month for traveling.

Desired Criteria:

1. Light-skinned, big booty. Blonde is a plus. Tall, if it doesn't make it harder to score due to the tall male competition.
2. Feminine, friendly, DTF.
3. Speak English decently, as I won't speak their language fluently. I can pick up some before I go though.

But #2 and #3 are most important - I'd rather get some decent foreign trim than no trim at all, perfect or not. Is Poland the best choice?

You didn't say when you want to travel Bas but if it's this summer then why not hit a beach resort and hence get your pick of the whole range of European women. You could get a lot of flags and have a whole lot of fun. Nowhere is as easy to get laid as beach resorts especially if there are a lot of Scandi and Brit girls in town. Is it K-Stan who hangs out in Bulgaria and knows the Black Sea scene pretty well? Apart from women what are you into,culture vulture,hiking,learning a language?? Will help narrow down your choice.

I was in Ekaterinburg before and had a ball. The amount of available women there has to be seen to be believed. There are literally bucketloads of 7s and 8s who are single and many who will never marry. Russia has a lopsided demographic sex ratio of more females then males (a hangover from the Great Patriotic War). It is a place that gets very, very few tourists if any so your stock will be up. Friday night is party night and the clubs which are packed will reflect the local ratio.

Kamaki is correct, one needs the local lingo but there are English speaking birds there. I hooked up with a few from mamba and had a good response. My sister in law's family comes from there so I know a few people who live there. I have been thinking of taking time out from my job and teaching English there for 1 year. I would definitely recommend Ekat. If you want to go to hiking, the Urals are at your doorstep. Fantastic scenery too.

Yes, today I went to a Slava celebration(reputed to be a major source of Balkan power), lots of free food and alcohol, had a spit roast(although not the best kind).

Out in the Serbian wilderness at the moment though, chances of getting laid here are approximately zero, recharging before returning to Belgrade.

I don't have a specific timeline in mind, this summer could work. I don't have any work that I'd be doing, so I have no idea what I'd be filling my time with. It'd be awesome if I could apprentice with someone who does a cool craft for a couple weeks, learn the tricks of the trade - maybe it sounds better than it would be in reality, but I'd love to learn some old-world wisdom instead of just vegging out 24/7. I get bored pretty quickly of doing touristy stuff, feels like I'm just completing a checklist and doing it just because it's what I'm supposed to do.

My preference would be doing cool cultural and outdoors activities where I may casually meet girls, and then set aside some time for explicitly gaming girls at night and at day.

I'll go to bars to hit on girls, but I don't really enjoy 'partying' for its own sake. In Poland I will stay six weeks (either Poznan or Woclaw), mostly based on Roosh's experience there and especially now that the Kamaki is backing that up. Deb mentioned Serbia, but from his own words the girls there are not easy.
So can anyone recommend a 2nd tier Czech city, as I dont like 1st tier cities like Prague that are full of tourists, and in general prefer 2nd or 3rd tier cities, when i travel. Would the level of english of the girls still be good in a 2nd tier city in the Czech Republic?

Plzen,Ceske Budejovice,liberec and Ostrava are all good choices.I give a slight edge to Bohemia(Plzen,Budejovice).Style of girls in northernMorava similar to south Poland.
Level of English is now quite good in Czech Republic even in province.At least a 80% of girls speak passable English.Girls from villages speak English in 50%.
Generally Czech Republic is better for day game(no starring etc) while Poland is better for night game(disco hook up culture).

It is strictly Russian.the Russians demolished the old German Koenigsberg which was once Kaliningrad.Lots of slutty Russian females there.I had arranged.to meet some of them by coming by train from Berlin but unfortunately I canceled the ticket.It remains in my plans.
