Kona, I've been meaning to answer this for a while now.

So a few things have slowed this down. Mostly learning spanish, learning the city, and learning the culture. I am slowly getting to the point where I feel my spanish and understanding of the culture might be suficient to start making this happen.

Partytime... those girls are as good as, or better than any of the "professional" models there. In fact many of those girls ARE the models. Any with better professional capability have gone to Buenos Aires, and the elite ones to Europe.

Yeah, they are just so hot. i was seated at a cafe again on a prime street. I had a window seat and I was there for about 3 hours for a spanish lesson. My spanish teacher (female, not hot) keeps commenting and laughing at how my head keeps turning. I say about three or fours 9.5's, and tons of 8's. As I keep saying, its not just how hot, but the ratio. So many hot girls, so few ugly ones.

I am sad that the mini skirts will disappear soon, probably around may as it starts to get colder.

The tutor thing is a great idea. I know an Australian guy who did this in Prague, but the other way around. Put out ads to help people with their English. Picked 3-4 of the hottest girls to respond (out of dozens) and would always end up banging at least one of them. I've been wanting to try something like that for a while. I have a tutor here in BsAs, but she's not hot and not a huge partyer.

As far as the whole model thing here in BA. I'm with Roosh... a 9 is a 9 whether she's a model or not, so don't understand the whole allure. But as far as the whole, "everything is cheaper in BA, so I'll just go nuts with bottle service," approach. You obviously have not bought many bottles... especially here.

First of all, the high end clubs here have prices comparable to clubs in the US. $15 covers, $10 drinks, $300-$500 tables depending on where you go and $200 bottles. I've been hanging out with a couple high roller guys from the US who have been splurging for tables everywhere, and unfortunately, BsAs is not like Vegas. The girls don't flock. In fact, the only girls who bother coming by are the one's looking for cocaine.

Does it help? Yeah, but it's not a cure-all for your problems. Like any US club, there are 10-15 other VIP tables that are full, and half of them are gringos with the same idea as you.

My feeling and experience here so far, is that unless you're close to fluent in Spanish you stand little to no chance in the clubs. And by close to fluent, I mean you use the slang, can whip jokes out instantly, and tease a girl well in her own language. The girls are getting approached constantly (Argentinians are far more aggressive than US guys), and if you start stuttering or using wrong words and she doesn't speak English, they lose patience very quickly.

I used to give Roosh a little shit about his Argentina posts before (I had only come down here for 10 days once, and looking back, I got lucky with the girls I met), but after living here for a couple months, most of what he says is right. Unless you get lucky and find chicks who speak English or love American culture, the clubs will eat you alive most nights. That's not to say don't go, it just means expect to get blown out about 5x as often as you do in the US. Cold approach in the bars. The bars and off-nights are much easier, and you only take a minor dip in quality. Get in with a local social circle, and then hit clubs with their group. That has by far been the most effective for me. And if your Spanish sucks, you're severely limiting yourself in any club situation. I know an American guy who has banged models down here, but the dude is fluent in Spanish, loaded and has connections all over town (he's been spending 3-6 months a year here for the last 5 years). So yes, in the long-term, you can do it. But the idea of coming down here for a month, throwing some money around and relying on your gringo status (actually hurts you in a lot of situations), is purely fantasy.

Also, average looks plus attitude equals big turn off. Not to blame the girls though, these Argies really seem to go after anything... so the regular girl gets approached probably a few times a day, and in a vulgar way.

Then again, there is something about this attitude that makes me want to bend one of these argies over and bang her and teach her a lesson, or two...

I was talking to someone the other day and he said he was surprised at how the argentinians approached too, but he said he was watching and saw one guy go from one girl to another, until one finally accepted the kiss. I have yet to go out in a good way with some good people other than to fuck around to give any decent personal views, but soon i think.

That was exactly my reaction. So I wasn't just imagining things. I think people overhype the women of Buenos Aires. I felt the same exact way about Italy and Spain, where their stock comes from. Funny, every guy in the U.S., you say "Argentine women" and they visualize a whole nation full of Monica Belluccis and Penelope Cruzes. Update on the Cordoba models project:

I reserved a large rooftop on 4/24/10 for a big party to meet and do basic photos of the models in dresses and bikinis.

The plan now is to having this lavish party with catering, champagne, etc. to put across this image of swank LA living. I plan to hire a professional photo crew to take professional-quality digital photos of the girls that I can later give to the girls for their own personal use. Most of the photos I was emailed (about 60 emails with photos in total) were amateur so this will definitely provide them with value.

Meanwhile, I plan to have them fill out short questionnaires to find out exactly what they're willing to do, for example:
