Had that same thought recently about why they like to fuck foreigners they will never see again - no slut shaming, makes girl's lifes a lot easier. Especially as this slut thing is so big in latin countries, a lot bigger than in Western countries.

To give you an idea, when chicks of, say, 25 years go out on a date with you, they tell their parents they are with an amiga till 3 am. I can't comment on Lima, but I have stayed in Cuzco for a considerable amount of time (2 months).

This is 100% true in Cuzco also. Girls will pretty much leave you their numbers in the club/bar/whatever (I prefer night game so this is where I got them). No games whatsoever (At least in my experience), just text them and they are down to meet up for a date. The prude ones might make you wait an extra date of two, but as long as logistics/game are somewhat tight, they should be in your apartment/hotel rather promptly.

I slightly disagree with the comment that ONS are difficult in the country. Girls seemed more than willing to leave from the bar. Although I do agree that if they are with their friends, the probability of that definitely decreases, but it's do-able. Compared to Brazil, Peru is ridiculously easy. I remember making a comment to a buddy of mine when we were in Brazil that nothing comes close to the insanity of Cuzco, apparently not even Brazil. I'm still not entirely sure on how Cuzco, compares to Lima, but I can't imagine they are terribly different.

the Brazilian embassy is on Jose Pardo in Miraflores. It is in the upscale part of town, but its not super close to Parque Kennedy or the Malecon. So you're probably not going to see too many hot chicks there.

Has anyone ever been to Cala on the waterfront?

That seems to be the hangout for my HI-SO social circle. Easy to use good-looking gringo game there and achieve results. The girls are hot, the drinks are good, and the setting is the best. It's like La Rosa Nautica without the cheesy romanticism by day and turns into a great lounge/bar place at night. You're right, positive activities are crucial to growth. If your not growing you are not really living. When I was back in the US, I had a goal: stack cash, improve my Spanish, and increase my fitness. The baby was the inspiration for my goals and this lifestyle felt right. I woke up with purpose, stopped partying, smoking, and taking other substance. I stayed interested and productive all day. My social activities included martial arts and poker, which had major financial and physical benefits. I was executing my plan.

When I arrived in Peru again, I regressed. I spent a lot of time partying and chasin girls, while neglecting my positive activities. However, I now have my schedule almost fully in motion. For this reason, I am looking forward to domestic life and think that it could be quite enjoyable. Its all good, hopefully.

Nova, there are cell phone places everywhere you look. Though I do recommend buying from an authorized dealer just so you know you're not buying someone's lifted phone and that it will function properly. Usually you can find dealers inside shopping malls, or supermarkets. Phones vary in price of course, and some can be quite expensive, others quite cheap. For me, I bought a Samsung smartphone at a Claro dealer on the bottom floor of a Wong Supermarket in Miraflores for about 350 Soles which is a little over 100 bucks. I had a secondary smartphone for awhile which only set me back about 65USD, but it was a piece a shit from a company I'd never heard of before.

If you get a phone here though, I recommend going with the service provider called Claro. There's more Claro stores than any other company, so if you have any issues or need a recharge its quite convenient.
