Damn if green tea could do this for me I'd sign up for an enema with the shit.

Longjing is good, I personally like Zhuyeqing. The only real green tea is loose tea in my opinion. I drink it daily.

I am on the Longjingcha tip, at most places they just throw the leaves straight in the glass loose and give you a big pot of hot water to refresh.

Very very good stuff. Without it, the way I live over here, I'd probably be dead.

I take green tea in tablet forum, 100% natural and organic, it's easy, plus I get the caffeine energy boost and antioxidant health benefits.

This thread deserves a bump! Green tea is awesome... Just got a fresh supply of loose leaf green tea and some vanilla rooibos tea as well. Rooibos tea has several health benefits as well.. It has no caffeine so you can drink it at any time of the day and not screw up your sleep.

Health Benefits of Rooibos Tea

Also copped a french press, great for making coffee or loose leaf teas. Works awesome and brews a delicious cup of either beverage.

Been drinking loose leaf green tea for a couple of years now, started out with black tea, which is a good evening juke when I am writing or working out. Mild pick me up in the morning and it seems to be keeping me healthy. I haven't had any colds or flus in the last few years, and even though I am 30 now most people think I am still in my mid 20s.

I do love teas, started drinking like 5 years ago (because of a bitch) and I barely drink coffee anymore.

I drink green, white, peppermint, black, ginseng, yasmin etc

Last time I came from UK I brought some teas from Twinings (the best brand I know so far). After I'll upload the teas I brought from there.

Been drinking green tea every day usually twice a day for around 4 or 5 years now.

Im not saying its the tea, but I look a lot younger then everyone else my age... they all look like shit. I eat clean, don't smoke, don't drink a lot, drink green tea and try an stay active. I can not relate to people who dont take care of themselves. I'm not perfect by any means but at least I try. Thats ok cause my peers can be old beyond their years and I will still be traveling the world banging College aged chicks. They can stay in the USA with their double chin having wives.

I also drink green loose tea daily. I take it to my car with a car cup before I leave the house, it stays warm there for hours and I can drink it while driving around/to work etc.

I recommend the king of green teas, Japanese matcha. It's dried ground tea so you get the whole leaf not just the infusion. Loads of l-theanine, and moderately high in caffeine, it keeps you alert without the coffee jitters.

I hear ya. Drink around 9-10 cups of the stuff a day , and I'm usually pegged at late 20's (36 next week). That in addition to lifting 3-4 times a week, ACV and MSM (the shit for your skin) clean diet and young pussy keeps me looking well.

Try gunpowder green tea. Lives up to it's name.

I'm an advocate for Green Tea in all it's variations, but for the last few months I've gotten into Oolong Tea (Pronounced Wu-Long)

Usually drinks a few cups a day, two bags per

It is believed to be work better than Green Tea for weight loss, so I use it as a supplement to my workouts too.

If I want to sweeten it up, I'll pour in some honey...done deal

Does green tea lose its effectiveness if you drink it chilled?

I like the idea of making a batch of it for the whole day and sticking it in the fridge.

For any green or red tea. U can place 4 teabags into an old school kettle and bring that to a boil. As it cools u will have a large batch of tea.

Then, pour them into a separate glass jar, covered, chilled and you will get a nice refreshing iced tea drink for the hot summer days.

I've been drinking this mixed with my l-carnitine drink, which is apple flavored, for a apple tea sorta thing. Very refreshing n keeps my sweet tooth at bay.

On a good day I boil a bunch of water. Set out 4 mugs. Brew 4 cups of green tea. Then pour those into two of my blender bottles with some ice and Manuka honey. Then I take that out with me so I have 4 cups or a whole days worth of green tea.
I've been doing decaf lately to avoid caffeine.
