So I've been back I. Atlanta for a little while.

Bulkhead is dead.. Bulkhead saloon seems even shittier than it use to. And it seems recently the owners aren't letting minorities in. The bars across the street from it are over crowded as fuck. It take you 5 minutes to get through the sardine packed people..let alone order a drink. That whole area is just frat boys that don't know what to do with themselves..

Atlanta native here, currently attending Georgia State. Yeah basically on that side of the Buckhead bars is all stupid ass frat kids. I got into a bunch of fights in that part, and the ratio is fucking lame.

A bar I didn't see in this thread yet that you guys can dress up for is Tounge & Groove in Buckhead. I know the doorman there and he lets me in even though im still 20 for a few more months. You can dress up with suits here and you will have some success if you know how to play the fake millionaire game. Just get a hotel nearby, and try to pull some asian girls. A ton of them hang out at T&G, and unfortunately so do their Asia Mob boyfriends. Lol.

Any young guns trying to see whats up, just send me a PM.

Flying in tomorrow around 7ish pm, not really trying to do the 5 hour trip home on a Saturday night so I'm down to kick it with some red pilled dudes/fuck around with the night life. Let me know if any of y'all live in the area and are down.

These posts are great, though a bit confusing to me.

I'm planning on hitting the ATL after NOLA and before Athens - next month. Most of the students will be gone; does the stuff about Peachtree/Buckethead still apply? Am I better of downtown in Atlanta proper at that point?

Atlanta is huge - metro area is 6 million people - so students being gone won't be noticed.

Don't stay downtown unless you are trying to save some money. Downtown is really the office district, except for GSU - Georgia State University.

Midtown or Buckhead are better, but hotels a little more expensive.

Midtown is a little trendier, diverse. You'll see some hipster beards. Walkable.

Buckhead is a little more conservative. Men wear Ralph Lauren. Crowd tends towards WASPy. Not really walkable. Large shopping malls here.

Virginia Highlands is a neighborhood worth checking out especially if you are 30s and above. Profile is somewhere in between. But there are not hotels there. Everything is a short Uber ride away generally.

Atlanta United soccer is a big deal - we had 70,000 at the last match. The stadium cost over a billion dollars. Darby teams are NY FC (just played them), Orlando, and Minneapolis. Our coach used to coach Paraguay and Real Madrid. We have 4 current national team players (US, Venezuela, Paraguay). At least 3 players that will eventually be sold to European teams (Almiron, Martinez, and Barco).

Anyone know a good Weds spot to check out tonight? Someone told me MJQ. I’m looking for something ITP.

Tongue and Groove, it’s just outside the perimeter.

I'm going to Atlanta with a group of friends in their late 20s for a weekend bachelor party. If we're looking to party, are we better off staying Midtown or Buckhead?

For partying, Buckhead by far. Midtown is better for daygame, as Buckhead is not very walkable.

Bumping this thread. For the people living in Atlanta (which I do) whats the best places you like to go to?

I'm used to hitting a lot of black clubs and parties but looking to become more diverse. Buckhead used to be my go to every weekend I was in town. The reason I like Buckhead is because its free entry and normally the drinks are cheaper then any other club. But I'm interested in seeing where the Spanish parties are at.

Another question - would anyone happen to know the relative ease of music or film networking in Atlanta? Apparently it's a place where, at least with music, you need to know the people in the clubs (but which people?). Apparently there's where managers, label A&R's etc. hang out. I'm trying to connect with a specific music industry person who works in Atlanta, but i'd rather warm up to some other locals in the game first. Any tips? Definitely going to spend a lot of time supporting Atlanta United if i end up in Atlanta long-term for music work. Hopefully though i can go in and out of state a lot; not the most scenic place; but some of the baddest African American women (along with STL, Illinois, Ohio).

Ayo Gents,

Quick Question: Any go-to spots to see some nice trim on a weekend night?

I'm gonna be in town visiting a couple friends, but they don't know sure fire places to see 7-8s+.

Is there anywhere in the ATL along the lines of Tao, Lavo, PhD, Bagatelle, that draws in the stunners (for me, ideally some pretty skinny girls) consistently? If not to pull, than at least for the eye candy.

Could anyone break it down by demographics? Place most likely to have pretty white girls? Black girls? Ethnic girls?

I remember I visited a few years ago and a friend took me to the Sweetwater brewery during the day on the weekend; I've never seen such a concentration of blond smoke shows.

TIA

Read back in the threads most of thess questions have been answered.

There is nothing like a NYC party spot in the A (except maybe Magic City)

You wont find PhD but there are other great spots. White girls go to Buckhead. Sistas are all over the city and checking for you.

I don't think it's been mentioned here before, but Supply and Demand in Buckhead was poppin' when I went Saturday night - great crowd even though it was cold and rainy. If you're into smokin' hot, rich, snobby, white girls, this is the spot!

I just googled it, and the spot is listed as a speakeasy (the entrance is at the back of another restaurant); the vibe is definitely classier w/ good cocktails, a decent amount of space but not enough to dance - you can grind a little w/ a chick, but not too much more. It was super packed around midnight, but felt more reasonable a little later or maybe I was a lot more drunk...

PS - like anywhere on a Fri/Sat night, getting there a little early ~11pm is the move, tons of gorgeous women when I got there, the ratio actually stayed decent for most of what I remember lol

Cheers!
