I am not sure, in all seriousness. What you must do is figure out a way to crush their self absorption and fake self-esteem.

Internet has definitely kept the egos of (almost everyone, men included) artificially high. A natural social environment obliterates many of these tendencies and keeps some people humble. I think that the ability of some people to freely express and exercise their worse tendencies has conditioned a narcissistic or passive aggressive response in many, partially because they never had a proper social upbringing. I know many 4chan type assholes in real life and gain much satisfaction by AMOGing them constantly.

Lots of women were always bitches, but the internet has definitely sent many of their egos through the roof. The result is that the majority of women because of online dating and social media think they have almost infinite options. (I don't believe that to be true, but that they think that's the case is what's relevant) So when faced with almost infinite choice(dick) on a daily basis they begin to think that they can get anyone. What happens in reality is that most of them end up unhappy and depressed. They get fucked and chucked, til they are too old for any reasonable guy to want them. Sure they can get laid, but most guys in their right mind wouldn't wife one of them up(I hope)

Let's compare it to girls who grew up in the 80s. The 80s were before my time but I have relatives in that age bracket. Besides high school, college, work, and possible bars/clubs where were women really supposed to find guys? I'm not saying lots of banging wasn't going on, I'm sure there was. But who do you think would be easier to pick up, a girl in lets say 1987 hell even 1997 who maybe had a few guys from work interested in her versus a modern female who's probably getting 10 texts/fb posts an hour from guys who want to hit?

I for one have noticed a huge change in the night scene from say 2005 til today. It's a big big change.

All of this isn't necessarily a bad thing. Because of the internet there are forums like this, and guys can take advantage of the massive amount of internet pussy and game knowledge out there which was not available 10-20 years ago. It's a great time especially for guys like us. For society however it's not so good for stability.
