Roosh Goes Suited Down! Finally!

I am heading to a wedding next week. Summer wedding but everything is indoors. I don't really know what to expect or what kinds of people will be there because I was asked to be someones date. Is a three piece suit too much? My date said I would be fine in slacks and a tie but I don't really take her word. Any advice/thoughts?

Never take a girls advice.

Slacks and a tie is a horrible look. In my opinion anyway.

It looks like manager at Target or something. Or insurance salesman.

Sloppy.

For instance, look at this dork:

Ha!

Great photo.

As soon as you put on that tie you MUST go all out no excuses. For young guys as soon as you put on that tie you MUST class up ex:

Dress shirt, tie clip, cuff links (matches tie clip), blazer, shoes must match belt.

G is going to punch his monitor but you can also do this with:

Jeans, blazer, cigs, no tie, belt and shoes match

As soon as you LOOK like a guy who can afford custom suits wear them every single fucking night out.

Till then don't dress like the picture below, just looks retarded. Take advantage of youthful looks and get fitted slacks/jeans and accessoriize with blazers.

Finally, FOR GOD-SAKE there are colors beyond black dark blue and jeans. Fuck everyone looks like they work at KPMG Auditing nowadays.

Dude looks like a clown.

I agree.

All those cats would look way better with some smooth slacks.

The guy with the smoke almost had it.

I wonder if he pulled those pictures from some database of stand up comedians from the 80's.

A lot of times the ensembles they throw on models for fashion magazines are more about being creative and artistic, than an ensemble someone would actually wear. Most men wouldn't pair that sweater with that blazer, or roll up his jeans and not wear socks. The jeans/blazer/sweater with shoes or dress boots is a solid, casual fall/winter look. You can go dress shirt with a tie and cardigan under a blazer, and top it off with a nice hat/cap.

The looks above don't do it for me. I'll be hitting Vegas custom suited in mid August and plan on pulling off something similar to the style below at all casino's and clubs:

What about Don Draper? Maybe he just makes it look good with his charisma, or his slacks are different somehow.

That is good "Casino Floor" style.

It's been known to work.

Please tell me Al Pacino is nailing one of those broads, preferably the one on the right.
