Cures can't be kept secret anyway, because those who find them are scientists, not businessmen. A scientist works for the passion of it, with no desire for anything else.
You're not even talking about a cure, you're talking about prevention... A cure simply hasn't been found, that's a fact.
We don't really know.There might have been cures for some of the 100 plus cancers that There are today in the 40's/50/60's or whenever but doctors who supposedly found these cures were conveniently sacked or killed off/never to be seen again. There's Something they're not telling us and its unlikely we'll ever find out.
Regardless of income. If you have a more serious cancer that is detected at a very late stage,you're in big trouble. There will never be a cure for cancer until the big greedy pharmaceuticals companies are removed.
