I am not using any shaming language. Just explaining the though process many man have. A thought process that is flawed and thus leads to the wrong conclusions. In this case it leads to insecurity about penis size. An insecurity that is unnecesary and destructive.
Not in this case. The problem is mental. He falsly beliefs penis size is important. This belief makes him insecure. Increasing the size of his penis will not remove this insecurity. The insecurity is removed by changing his false belief.
