What I don't really like about Scott's Cheap Flights is that he includes flights with a long layover. There should be an option to filter that out. I've heard a lot about Scott's Cheap Flights for many years. Other than browse the website a few times before, I haven't subscribed to it.
Have you tried sending them a message with the filtering suggestion? They might just implement it, especially since you're a paying customer.
