Did not know that she is so well-connected, but that is even worse for Marvel. She essentially cannot be fired - she could diddle a kid in her office and take a dump in the face of the current Marvel editor in chief (who is a fat white male) and she would still keep her job. A lawsuit from her could easily cost Marvel/Disney 10 mio. $+ and I am not exaggerating.
The popularity of the superhero genre was to end someday anyway.
It's unfortunate that the genre didn't collapse due to free market forces driven by lack of interest versus lack of interest driven by social engineering.
