Today, at the gym, I wanted to do something different (Full Body Workout). It's good to switch up your workouts every few months to shock your muscles for more gains and escape those plateaus.
I do full body workouts also when I've, unfortunately, was busy during the week and couldn't find time for the gym and work each muscle group, separately. So, why not cover all-of-'em in one go?!
