It is long been time to stop this witch hunt.
Back in 2011, some nameless Obama government official, with no input from congress or the courts, wrote a "Dear Colleague" letter to college campuses. This letter told colleges that they had to lower their standards of proof with rape accusations, or lose their federal funding.
This has resulted in a witch hunt and perfectly innocent college students being expelled from college, with the rapist label being put on their college transcript, making it impossible for them to go back to college. There have been countless men who have been railroaded by college kangaroo courts, including members of this forum.
The good news is that it looks like this nonsense will stop today. Betsy DeVos will almost certainly stop colleges from having to convict students accused of rape without the usual protections someone accused of a serious crime should have.
It will be fun to watch the butt hurt from feminists and maginas.
