In my platoon of 42 guys no less than 5 guys found out their wives or gfs were cheating whores including my own. I got a message from her best friend telling me she fucked some guy in his car at a party.
This is so common we have name for the guy who's inevitably going to be fucking your girl. We call him Jodi.
Here is the Urban dictionary definition.
"In the Marines, a "Jody" is a generalized term meaning: any man who stays home while everyone else goes to war.
