Here are a few things I would add to the list:

+No debt, credit cards, student loans, mortgages
+750 plus credit score, credit score is character
+Naturally frugal and cautious with her money. Does not over spend
+Likes music, it doesn't have to be mine, but has favorite artists, and loves music
+Has a good education, bachelors degree minimum
+Regularly reads books
+Religious
+Large round breasts.
