I think Prague could be an amazing city to game in if you are there for the long haul. You can also game on the many Slovak and FSU students there. Seriously man,choose them(Slovakia/Czech Republic) over AT,because now less Eastern Europeans are going to move anyways,I've confirmed this also with local friends in Bratislava but here's a link to a article. Also more students are getting it through their heads that studying in their home country isn't so bad compared to uni wien or WU(Economic University) which are very much over capacity.
