Buddy passes/Standby flights from airline employees

What's up yall

I was told about a website where airline employees sell their buddy passes (standby flights that are a fraction of the price of regularly-priced tickets). Lost the person's contact info, so I can't ask them again.

Does anyone know of any website like this? Tried Google and couldn't find anything, also searched RVF and can't find anything regarding this topic.

I'm willing to pay top dollar for this service if it's really a thing. IMO, it's well worth it.

This doesn't really happen anymore. A few employees got caught selling buddy passes on craigslist and got canned. The airlines then made buddy passes essentially useless. A NYC-LAX costs around $500... around the cost of a regular ticket.

The above link is only for airline employees traveling on other airlines. Its not open to the public.

My advice is to find out where flight attendants hang out in your area and game them. They can give benefits to one person, known as a Travel Companion, which are pretty legit. Depending on the airline you may only pay taxes on the fight.

Yeah I use travel companion benefits via my grandmother who retired from the airlines back in the 90's.. as you can imagine, she's getting up there with age and I'm looking for a backup plan.

Might have to resort to gaming the flight attendants plan.
