there is a good example of one city (Dubai), that city went from being a totally barren land to having some opportunities, all of that happened because of easier government visa regulations which facilitated the import of female workers and including p4p ones, in other words, we can even convert a pathetic barren middle eastern city to a pussy paradise with the right government policies.
