It wouldn't have been funny to use a scarf wearing, limp-wristed, Starbucks drinking douchebag as the PC Principal. They were emphasizing the notion of "we are tolerant only if we agree with you". The bro-ish PC Principal beating Cartman symbolizes that liberals are tolerant until you disagree with them; they will try to kick your ass until you admit Jenner is a hero. It's like an older cousin holding your arm back making you say "uncle", but they are holding your arm until you admit that psycho transsexuals are heroes.
