The Star Wars thread

The Star Wars thread

< I think that you are a bit overshooting this.

The "fat fuck" above is Ethan van Sciver and is a former DC-comics artist who left the industry because it is going to shit - DC less than Marvel, but the rot is there.

He began to create his Youtube channel as a marketing plot device and it's mostly about Star Wars/Marvel movies and other pop-culture, because comics is hardly a big market. But he actually made hundreds of thousands selling his own comics.
His work:

What else would you do when you embarked on a then good career in the 1990s and the sheisters totally blew up your industry (even if it would naturally go down in sales)?

What you are witnessing with some of those Republican-leaning Trump-supporting creators is the establishment of a counter-culture to the current marxist one. He and others are mythos-content creators.

Other guys - yes - they may just be commentators trying to make a living off Youtube, but Ethan is funny and charming and is on the right side of the culture war even if he is more of a Republican normie to a great degree.

So you cannot really say that you stop creating, because the vacuum either of religion or a nation's ancient myths and fiction have to be filled with something. That is unless you become a stone-age culture that eliminates everything and reverts to the mere study of the Quran - and even in the most rural Afghanistan - they get their own expression of what to do in their free time by dressing up boys in female garb and fucking them in some shed, because human nature does something.

And I might add - most who listen to that guy have stayed away from the Star Wars brand and other toxic venues of Hollywood as he reaches normies and former fans.

Plus - there are precious few ways for content creators to promote their products in our times - a Youtube channel is actually a good way to do it since anyone on the right lacks the mainstream support.
