I take one day during the week and just loook at myself in the mirror after a shower. Stand there in you boxers, all defenses down in your most vulnerable. Look at yourself, assess yourself. Find every little flaw and know that you can fix them. Know that while its easy to let them rule you, that you can rule them by simple means of diligence and hard work.
