On the other, it's ridiculous those laws even exist in the first place. Isn't jailing a Feminist for tweeting 'Kill all men' - and is anyone here seriously-threatened by either the woman in question or her statement - the kind of anti-free speech, PC / Nanny State crap I'd rather be fighting against?

Most likely someone in the justice system is fed up and undertaking deliberate subversion, but, man, what a crap waste of Police time and resources.
