Ill have to check this out, but I have never done a strictly bodyweight program. I mix in bodyweight and weightlifting, and finish with a high intensity workout. Lately I have been loving L Sit Dips, and do 4-5 sets of those now almost every workout. It totally destroys my abs and chest. I think the Kavadlo brothers are pretty good too.
