There's a pretty badass free app in the google play store called "Madbarz".

If you feel that your bodyweight routine is lacking structure, or you want something that will track your progress, download "madbarz" app on your phone (it's on all relevant platforms) and use their workout templates, which are numerous and badass.

This video is not all that great but it should shed some light on what I'm describing.

The app has a timer for work sets, rest intervals, it tracks how many reps you do, it can monitor progress over time, and lots of other features I haven't discovered yet. I've tried it for two days and so far I'm really impressed with it.

This is a pretty good app and the rest interval configuration is one of the best features in my opinion. The Android interface is elegant and minimalistic.

You can create your own workouts on the madbarz site as well.

I'd recommend madbarz to those who travel as most workouts require little or no equipment at all.

I'm currently using the madbarz app with good results. It's great because you don't have to dick around with a stopwatch and it records all the reps and sets you do.

Additionally, if you invite people to the app and two of them accept, you get three more slots for creating your own workouts. I've got six slots altogether that rotate between different levels of push, pull, and squat.

It even has a statistic that tells you how many reps you have done altogether, so if you notice you're doing a lot more pressing, you can balance it out without having to guess.

Yeah, the top level barstarz tend to freestyle, but this is a great app for folks (like me) who want some structure in order to gauge progress. You can even see how far you've progressed with any particular workout.

10/10 would barstar again

Ill have to check this out, but I have never done a strictly bodyweight program. I mix in bodyweight and weightlifting, and finish with a high intensity workout. Lately I have been loving L Sit Dips, and do 4-5 sets of those now almost every workout. It totally destroys my abs and chest. I think the Kavadlo brothers are pretty good too.
