Then at that, they would just execute her in a moving white van or firing squad her somewhere. Most likely what is going to happen is that she is going to have to give him alot of money and if she cannot maybe her family will be forced to pay up. The concept is extremely basic. You fuck up. You pay up. If you must receive the death penalty, your family pays up.

For example, if you kick your son out of your house 4 years prior and he kills someone either on accident or on purpose, you will be sued and have to pay that other person's family a ton of money. This system comes from the centuries old practice of if someone in your family commits a serious crime everyone in your family going back several generations is killed on the spot by the emperor. As a result the Chinese have to self police each other in their own families very heavily. They don't really have the concept of "individual responsibility" like we do in the West. They feel as if your children doing bad things means you are equally bad because of the way you raised them values wise.
