You can time your meals and your bowels.
When I am in my food and gym peaks I will generally eat around the same time and I can expect my shit at the same time usually also. For a while I was having to go each night between 9-11pm which was annoying since I like to be empty before I shower and go out.
If your running at a set time in the mornings then move back your last meal that prior day so it exits sooner, make sure it has enough fibre to ensure consistency with digestion and expulsion.
