This is Possessive Persian style game. It can work on more FOBby/insular Persian girls, I suppose, but definitely not on empowered white women. Not coincidentally, Persian dudes in LA have a terrible reputation among white girls here in LA. A friend of mine would always hide his Persian ancestry from girls for exactly that reason. (He did not have Possessive Persian game.)
There are lots of cool Persian dudes here too, but plenty enough like this dude to poison their reputation.
