Here is the actual complaint. Take a look at the exhibits.

My initial gut reaction (before reading the complaint) is that she made this up, this was overexaggerated, and so on. However once you get to the exhibits you realize it was this guy who just couldn't handle the situation.

It's sad really. I would love nothing more than, as a lawyer, to represent a man who has been wrongfully accused of things such as this. Unfortunately however this is not one of those cases. Instead it is just another example of the depressing reality of men in America these days.

This exemplifies the problem with corporate-type men. They think life itself is like business and they can issue non-compete clauses on dating.

I just read the texts too. He's toast. People get PC'd out of existence for far less these days. Sad for him, but stupid.

This is Possessive Persian style game. It can work on more FOBby/insular Persian girls, I suppose, but definitely not on empowered white women. Not coincidentally, Persian dudes in LA have a terrible reputation among white girls here in LA. A friend of mine would always hide his Persian ancestry from girls for exactly that reason.
