Another tip I can give you is the app "Sleep Cycle". It costs like .49c on the AppStore.

You start the app, enter the latest time you want to get up by and place your phone on the mattress.

The newer smartphones all have some type of motion sensor that in combination with this app helps you to measure your sleeping phases. It also plays white noise to make you fall asleep easier.

The app will wake you app when you are in a near awake sleeping phase unlike your normal alarm clock that might wake you up in a deep sleep phase.

At the beginning it is kind of hard because it might wake you up 30mins before your normal time but after some time you get used to it.

I feel a lot more refreshed and am longer awake at full energy than I was before.
