90 percent of girls born since 1980s dont speak russian at all. It can help a bit in Vilnius, Klaipeda, Palanga (lots of Russian/Belorussian tourists).
And where did you get that statistic from?
In my experience pretty much all girls from the Baltics speak Russian they learn Russian in school aswell as English, also there is a very large amount of Russians living there.
