Thinking too fast, overthinking, caring too much, procrastinating - how to slow down

Not trying to pathologise you, but I recently read this article about over-thinking as a form of OCD:

It rang some bells for me, and I agree with the other responders that some form of activity that is physical and requires total concentration is a good way of breaking out of over-thinking.
