For September I'm going to make 2 lifestyle changes:

1. No sugar at all. This includes fructose, honey, etc. I've been trying for a while to have more stable energy throughout the day and week and I want to see if this helps.

2. No porn. Jacking off is fine, but I have a feeling I'll be doing it a lot less than my current 7x/week or so. I was inspired by the other thread on this. Gotta see how this affects my "mojo"!
