I can say that you are better off in maybe France or Holland (the Dutch are very liberal and open, though there are plenty of black men already there so you might not be out of the ordinary...but still can get laid) or some parts of Germany.
Remember this all through Europe people are more open about sex...not necessarily having it, but the topic is not taboo When I was renting a room from a lady in Germany the topic of sex came up allot from her asking me, others asking her etc...she was old.
