There was a recent study which shows that you have 37% chance of donating sperm, but I've only access to the abstract and from the abstract it appears to be a very oddly designed study. They took 40 samples from 27 men, but some of the men gave 5 samples. Sounds like they were desperate to prove something. I also don't know if they checked for confounding factors (like whether the guy had sex just before the study)

Lastly, after you've come, you can carry sperm in your penis for up to 5 hours afterwards, so assumably they would be hanging around your penile head for easy donation. So you can't go back in for round 2 without wrapping up.
