They took 40 samples from 27 men, but some of the men gave 5 samples. Sounds like they were desperate to prove something. What the third point states is that after you've ejaculated, you are going to have sperm leaking out of you for up to 5 hours, especially if you don't wash up and you don't urinate.

I'm not aware of any scientific studies regarding sucking, but I'd imagine that the typical girl does not have enough suction power to completely clear your urethral shaft of sperm. I'd say if you come, then she licks you clean, and then go in raw, then you are still donating some sperm through leakage of your urethral shaft. The thing is designed, after all, to let stuff out.

I think there is a genetic component that must be considered regarding herpes.

I think some people are genetically predisposed to becoming infected with herpes and will probably get it at some point no matter how careful they are. Other people are not predisposed and won't become infected even if they are exposed to the virus over and over.

I have not seen any studies that make me draw this conclusion. I've just heard anecdotal reports of some people having raw sex with countless people and never getting herpes. Others get herpes after having sex just a few times with very few partners.

I sometimes wonder if genetics is more of a factor in being infected with incurable STDs rather than consistency of condom use.
